Teignbridge Propellers International has announced the retirement of Mark Phare from his role as Group Managing Director, effective at the end of May.
Mark has played a key role in the development and growth of the Teignbridge group, contributing significantly to its position as a leading provider of engineered marine propulsion solutions.
“Mark has made an outstanding contribution to Teignbridge over his tenure, and we are extremely grateful for his leadership and commitment,” David Hunt, Chairman, commented. “On behalf of the Board and the wider team, I would like to thank him and wish him a long and happy retirement.”
Following his retirement, James Batten (Engineering Director) and Ian Mills (Finance Director) will be appointed as Joint Group Managing Directors. Both bring extensive experience within the business and have been closely involved in the company’s operational and strategic development.
“James and Ian bring deep knowledge of the business, our customers and our markets,” David Hunt added. “Their appointment ensures continuity and positions the company well for its next phase of growth.”
As part of the transition, David Hunt will continue as Chairman and will also take on responsibility for Sales and Marketing, reinforcing the company’s commercial focus.
