As alternative fuels and floating gas infrastructure gain momentum in the energy transition, SB SUNBO Co., Ltd. will return to Posidonia this summer to highlight
its turnkey EPCC capabilities for shipbuilding and offshore projects. Building on three previous participations at Posidonia since 2000, SB SUNBO sees the exhibition as a strategic platform to expand its international customer base and strengthen engagement with shipowners, shipyards and energy-sector stakeholders.
At Posidonia 2026, the company will present its new Regasification System, specifically developed for the niche FSRU market, addressing growing demand driven by energy security concerns, decarbonisation policies and the adoption of alternative fuels.

Returning faces
Greece-based marine equipment and services provider ALNIC Investment Group/MIE Company LTD will return to Posidonia this summer, highlighting new partnerships and technologies aimed at supporting the maritime industry’s transition to alternative fuels and more sustainable operations. The company plans to introduce several new collaborations with Chinese manufacturers specialising in LNG and alternative fuel equipment, reflecting growing demand for technologies that help shipowners comply with tightening environmental regulations and evolving fuel strategies.

Returning to Posidonia after successful appearances in 2022 and 2024, Maritec-Naias will use the 2026 event to reinforce its role as a trusted partner in marine fuel quality, environmental compliance, and decarbonisation advisory services.

The company will highlight vessel performance and predictive maintenance software, CCTV monitoring systems, main engine liner scanning inspections, fixed gas detection and sampling systems, energy-saving devices, and shore power solutions. These are complemented by worldwide safety, underwater, and port repair services. Palmarine will also present exclusive equipment and systems from its international principals, including Oriental Precision & Engineering, Oriental Intelligence & Smart Systems, Nordic Flow Control Pte Ltd, and Sindex Refridgeration Pte Ltd.

American College of Greece (ACG) will return to Posidonia 2026 for what marks its seventh participation since 2000, underlining its long-standing commitment to supporting the shipping industry through executive and academic education.
“Since the establishment of our shipping programmes 20 years ago, we have consistently taken part in the exhibition, as it offers a unique platform for connecting academia with the global shipping community, ” said Spyros Vougious, Director, Shipping Programs. In addition to academic offering, ACG will highlight its career development services, which connect students and alumni directly with employers across the shipping industry, creating a clear pathway from education to professional placement.
EMICERT will return to Posidonia 2026 for its third participation with a strengthened focus on greenhouse gas verification, voyage emissions monitoring, and next-generation maritime sustainability assurance services. EMICERT will use the event to advance technical and commercial discussions around its core offering: the estimation, calculation, and verification of voyage carbon footprints under the EU ETS, alongside monitoring plan assessments, SEEMP Parts II and III evaluations, annual emissions report verification, and Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) validation.

A Posidonia first
Making its debut at Posidonia 2026 is Turkish ship repair specialist Hersek Shipyard. Located in Altınova, Yalova, the yard will highlight a recently completed infrastructure investment designed to enhance its repair and conversion capacity.
Central to this upgrade is a new pier measuring 330 metres in length and 15 metres in width, with a 9-metre draft, enabling the yard to handle a broader range of repair, maintenance, and conversion projects while improving operational flexibility.
