This strategic transition marks a shift from their current arrangement with Alpina Chartering ApS in Denmark.

Tomini has handled ownership, finance and technical operations, while Alpina has managed the commercial aspects. This collaboration has been pivotal in driving growth and success for both companies.
The transition process will unfold over the coming year to ensure a seamless shift to the new management structure. Under the new arrangement, Tomini Group will eventually assume full responsibility for all commercial management activities, including chartering, freight operations, and client relationships. This transition, agreed upon by the Shaikh and Kampmann families, aims to enhance operational efficiency and align with their shared vision for the future.
