Tomini Shipping announces successful acquisition of Tomini K2

Tomini Shipping, a world class dry bulk ship owner, is bolstering its competitive capability with the acquisition of Tomini K2 (179,816 DWT), the first capesize to join its diversified fleet.

With the addition of this Chinese-built capesize bulk carrier (formerly known as Thalassini Astrid), Tomini’s fleet reaches a total of 27 vessels with an average age of six years.

This acquisition further enhances Tomini’s position in the dry bulk market and is part of the company’s ongoing growth strategy.
