Tomini Shipping, a leading ship-owner and operator has acquired seven handymax over the last six months.
Dubai-based shipping company acquired seven 2016 Chinese-built handymax bulk carriers which has been renamed Tomini Zonda (37976 DWT), Tomini Bora (37985 DWT), Tomini Ghibli (37983 DWT), Tomini Norte (37896 DWT), Tomini Mistral (39099 DWT), Tomini Oroshi (38706 DWT) and Tomini Shamal (38785 DWT). These latest additions will take the fleet size to 20.
